Limit sugary and acidic foods: Sugary and acidic foods can contribute to tooth decay and erosion. Limit your consumption of sugary foods and drinks such as candy, soda, and fruit juice.


Visit your dentist regularly: Regular dental checkups and cleanings are important for maintaining good oral hygiene. Your dentist can detect and treat dental problems early, before they become more serious.
